A sturdy folding rail, projecting at right angles to the wall. The largest baseplate is mounted on the wall which should be done on a sound solid wall by a skilled person. The rail is held in the upright position by a spring loaded cam, and is easily folded down. Rail is 25mm (1") diameter. Backplate is 300 x 125mm (11 3/4 x 5").
