A height adjustable steel frame with a black traditional hinged toilet seat and a white formed plastic sub-seat and skirt which protrudes down. The lower legs are chromed and height adjusted using pin clips. The legs have non-slip rubber feet. The integral seat and skirt, which clip on to the frame, are easily removed for cleaning.
