Consists of a 110 x 66cm (43½" x 26") figure-8 shoulder exercise board, a hand skate and a resistance system. A steel reinforcing rim makes the board rigid without being too heavy. The special black surface reduces the sound of the skate, which has quiet ball casters and a moulded hand piece with fastening strap. Hooks at four points permit adding the weight system. Weight system fastens to provide resistance in any direction and in the specific amount needed.
