Provides hip abduction as item 1 but with a slit in the foam to allow knee flexion whilst seated and sidelying. The hand strap, which slips through slots in wedge, controls the amount of knee flexion allowed and also assists user in positioning wedge. Slit can be modified to allow greater flexion and foam can be carved for a custom fit. Soft foam pillow designed for individual use.
