Made of raised cells of gel which are placed at equal distances from one another to allow for air circulation and comfort. The surface of the cushion is contoured to help distribute skin pressure at ischemic points. Constructed with an air bag inside the layers of gel, which helps to minimise the development of pressure sores. The gel has low heat conductivity, helping to reduce the speed at which the skin temperature rises. Usefull for people who are at low to medium risk from pressure sores. Supplied with a cover.
