Why do I need to register?

In order for us to be able to send out the mobility aids you order, you need to register with us and provide your delivery, billing and contact information. We are also able to accept VAT exemption declarations online. This allows VAT exempt products to be legally sold to those people who are registered as VAT exempt, without the tax being added. Registering only takes a few minutes and only needs to be done once.

Why am I asked to enter my email address and password twice?

We require an email address so that we can contact you, and in order for you to log in and make your purchases, you need a password. So that we have your correct email address and the correct password at the time of registration, we ask that you enter the email address and password twice.

This is a common procedure when setting up an account on a website, and ensures that any typing errors in the email address and password are discovered at the time of registration.

I am purchasing on behalf of an organisation, do you accept Purchase Orders?

We are pleased to accept purchase orders from organisations. If you prefer, you can set up a Trade Account with us and register for discounts on all of your future purchases. Please contact us for more information.

Can I set up a Trade Account?

We welcome Trade Account enquiries from organisations, clinics and hospitals. If you wish to set up a trade account with us, please see the Trade Customers section on the left hand side of any page, underneath the Special Offer section. In addition to a discount on your purchases, you can also look forward to many other benefits.

How do I update my personal details?

Once you have logged in, you can amend your account details by clicking on the My Account link in the Options section on the left hand side of the page underneath My Basket. From here you can change your personal information, view your previous orders, and can amend your address details.
