Help Section: Ordering

How do I place an order?

Once you have chosen your mobility products (Please see help section on Shopping and Finding Products), you can change the quantity by changing the number next to the Buy button, if necessary. Click on the Buy button to add the product to your shopping basket. You can see which products are in you basket by looking at the My Basket section in the top left hand corner of the page. To remove a product from your basket, click on the X to the left of the product.

When you have finished shopping, click on View My Basket. The My Basket page will show the items that you have placed in your basket. Here you can see an image of the product, the product name, the product code, whether the product is VAT exempt, the price per item, the amount of VAT if applicable, and the total price per item. From here you can either choose to continue to the Checkout, or empty your basket. Registered users will also be able to save their basket in order to come back and make the purchase at a later date.

Do I have to order using your website?

Owing to the difficulties in accepting VAT exemption declarations over the telephone we do encourage our customers to complete their transactions online. However if you are having problems, or if you simply don't feel comfortable ordering via the internet, please give us a call on 0844 357 0382 and we will be happy to process your order. Please bear in mind that if you do call to place your order that we may not be able to offer VAT exemption on relevant products, unless we can come to an arrangement with you to receive a signed copy of the exemption document. We will be happy to discuss the different options for getting this exemption declaration to us when you call.

Can I order from overseas?

We can only deliver goods to customers in the Mainland UK. We regret that we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or Ireland. These restrictions have been placed on us by our payment processor Barclaycard. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
