Help Section: My Account

What is the My Account section?

The My Account section allows you to amend the information in your account.

For Example
  • You can change you personal details such as name, email address and password.
  • You can add or remove a billing or delivery address, if you move house, want your order delivering to an alternative address, or are purchasing for somebody else.
  • You can view your previous orders, and quickly see which products have been purchased. This can be beneficial for organisations that might order several products at a time, and want to know what was ordered when, or want to order the same or similar products again, or order on a regular basis.

Why can't I see the My Account option?

In order to access the "My Account" section you must be logged in to your account.
