Why am I being redirected to the Barclaycard ePDQ website?
Once you are ready to pay for your order and have provided all contact and delivery information, you will be redirected to Barclaycard ePDQ in order to make payment. Payment is handled by Barclaycard for your convenience, and online safety and security. They employ the very latest 128-bit encryption and many fraud detection measures to keep your transaction as secure as possible.
Can I pay over the telephone?
If you would prefer to purchase over the telephone, contact us on 0844 357 0382 and we will take you order, payment and delivery details. Please be assured that your personal details (including card information) will remain perfectly safe when you pay by this method.
What is the Order ID?
The Order ID is your unique reference number for the order you have placed. If you order from us again your Order ID will change. You can view your previous orders by logging in to "My Account", and choosing My Orders.
Do I need to quote the Order ID if I need contact to you?
If you need to
contact us it would be helpful if you could provide your Order ID as this allows us to quickly find your order. If you haven't got your order id handy when you contact us don't worry, we'll be able to find your order by asking a few personal details. Please do not be offended if we ask for this personal information when you call us, it is simply so that we can confirm that we are speaking to the right person regarding the right order, and means our security remains as high as possible.
Can I print out my order?
You can print the details of an order in two ways. Firstly, once you have received an email from Handy Healthcare confirming that your order has been placed. You could simply print this email out for your reference. Secondly, if you go to the "My Orders" section of "My Account" you will find a link to print the order on each individual order page. This print function has been designed similarly to all of the print functions on the site, so that menus and such are not printed wasting as little paper as possible.
Please think before you print...If you can save the file somewhere else without printing it do, it will help to save a tree!
Why do I need to press a "complete" button on my receipt when I order through Paypal?
When you choose to pay using the Paypal website you are temporarily redirected away from the Handy Healthcare website. When your payment is completed you are returned to Handy Healthcare, and Paypal send us an electronic notification that your payment has been received.
It is possible that the notification from Paypal won't reach us before you are shown confirmation of your order on the receipt page, and so we delay the process by asking you to press an additional button on the receipt page. This delay will give ample time for Paypal's notification to reach us, and we can then advise you of your order details correctly.
