Will my purchase need assembling?
In some cases some mobility aids will require assembly. This is usually straightforward, and depending on the product, may not require tools. Please see the product description and included documentation for more informaion.
Can I install it myself?
It is recommended that some mobility products, such as those which are affixed to walls, floors and ceilings, including support rails and grab rails are installed by a suitably experienced person, or qualified tradesperson. If in doubt, we recommend seeking professional advice.
Some specialist healthcare products and therapy supplies, such as dynamometers which require regular calibration, may need to be installed, tested and maintained by a qualified professional. What if I am unhappy with the product, or if it is unsuitable for my needs?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days, in its original condition to the address on the receipt, and we will refund you or provide a replacement product, as per the Distance Selling Regulations.Please note that it is not possible to refund special order items manufactured to your specification, unsealed audio / video products or computer software. All incontinence products, commodes, compression stockings/tights and hearing aids are not covered by this regulation due to Personal Hygiene Law.

Do I need to keep my receipt?
It is always recommended that you keep your receipt as definitive proof that you have purchased your products. However, you will also have a record of the order in your email account (we send a confirmation email for every order received), and in the "My Orders" section of "My Account", so do not worry too much if you have misplaced your receipt.
